Based in Leigh, we have been at the forefront of new-build housing developments across the North West for decades, driven by a collective experience of over 70 years among our directors. As a family-run business, we understand the importance of home and community, which is why we pour our heart and soul into every project we undertake.

Tempus Design and Build completed a project of sixteen apartments within the time scale and costs set out in the original budget plan and they were to an excellent standard. I can confidently recommend Tempus as a solid and reliable company and experts in their field.

Tempus Design and Build recently carried out the design and construction of a development of 10 houses for Adactus Housing Group at Galsworthy Avenue, Bootle. Tempus completed the project to an excellent standard and to the budget and programme agreed.

I have worked with Tempus Design and Build for 10 years and find them to be an extremely professional and knowledgeable house builder and contractor. From development master planning and delivery of new homes and refurbishment projects, the approach, skills and experience of the team are second to none. All projects are handled with safety at the forefront of the planning and pre-construction phases which extends through the construction phase.

We have completed two schemes to date with Tempus Design and Build and on both schemes, we have forged a good working relationship and found them to be proactive, knowledgeable and professional in their approach and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for future work.

I have worked alongside Tempus Design & Build over the last 7 years, working with Premier Guarantee. During this time I have witnessed the company’s development of sites, site management team and their technical support. Their sites are consistently well presented with compound and site office setups. The sites are organised and structured for the full residential development, to ensure a planned and manageable build programme is achieved. Site Welfare and Health and Safety is maintained throughout the project.
